Sharon Rock Ridge Cemetery - Parade CANCELLED

THE PARADE PART OF TOMORROW'S GIG HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO THE INCLEMENT WEATHER FORECAST. However, we are playing at Care One in Sharon (675 South Main Street) and we will include veterans' ceremony with our performance. Consequently, you will need your hat, full dress uniform shirt, (and pants, of course). Left hand braid, and gold ascot, black shoes and socks should finish off uniform nicely. This is all in doors so no jackets are necessary. Bring your 2026 music binder, stand, and light, if needed. Bob will bring other necessary music.

Downbeat is at 1:30 pm so please plan to be there by 1 pm. There will be refreshments following the concert and our opportunity to mingle with audience.

Hi everyone! Please assemble at 12:30p in the full marching uniform (hats, white shirt, navy blue pants, ascot, etc). If you don't have a uniform a white dress shirt and black pants will do. The parade is very short, maybe a block or two in length. Don't forget to bring a lyre. Afterwards we will head to the Care One Facility (675 South Main Street, Sharon) and play a few tunes for their Veterans.

4) enter gym at the 3 large window 3 story building from the right (American Legion side),  hard to see unlit label of Gymnasium over doorway

5) they served pizza at $3 slice and snacks at their concession stand during game

6) I’m pretty sure we can bring in our cases

Hi all,

If you’re able to come early to practice around 6:15p we will be doing a sort of Show and Tell for the Pappas Students. They will have a small group of kids coming over to be with us to see instruments, hear what they sound like. Maybe hit the drum a bit. If we have enough people maybe we can play a few things and explain how the music goes together.  If enough Clarinets can get there maybe The Ensemble can play something.
